Belize Corporate Services Inc. ("we," "us") is a Florida corporation at 11835 SW 19th Ln, Unit 153, Miami, FL 33175. Because company formation requires us to verify identities, we handle sensitive personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and preferred language.
• Know-your-customer (KYC) information: passport or government ID, proof of address, date of birth, nationality, tax identification numbers, source-of-funds information, and ownership and control details for each beneficial owner.
• Company information: company names, ownership, managers, officers, directors, and business activities.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Website data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To provide the services you engage us for, including filings with the Florida Department of State, the IRS, and registries in other jurisdictions.
• To verify identity, screen against sanctions lists, and meet anti-money-laundering expectations of our partners and banks.
• To act as registered agent and forward legal and government correspondence to you.
• To bill for services, process refunds, and handle complaints.
• To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities.

Public records

Some information you provide becomes public when filed with a government registry. For example, Florida publishes manager, officer, and registered agent names and addresses on Sunbiz. We'll tell you what will become public before filing.

Who we share it with

• Government agencies and registries, as required to complete your filings.
• Our licensed registered-agent partners in Belize and Delaware, for formations in those jurisdictions.
• Banks or account providers you ask us to introduce you to, only with your consent.
• Service providers (secure document storage, email, payments) under confidentiality agreements.
• Authorities when legally required.

We never sell personal information.

International transfers

Our clients live in many countries. Information is stored in the United States and may be transferred to Belize for Belize formations. We use contractual and technical safeguards for these transfers.

Retention

KYC records and engagement files are kept for at least five years after our relationship ends, as required by our partners and good compliance practice. Consultation inquiries that don't become engagements are deleted after 24 months.

Security

Identity documents are collected only through encrypted upload links, never through the website contact form or plain email. Access is limited to staff who need it, and our systems use multi-factor authentication.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements. Email support@belizecorpservices.us or call (305) 551-4728. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this page and update the effective date.
